Shift Engineer

Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Shepton Mallet who are actively looking to recruit a Shift Engineer t to join the team on a permanent basis. What you will be doing: To manage the Engineering strategy across the site, in order to ensure maximum efficiency of equipment, whilst meeting operational requirements.

What you will need to succeed: * To influence engineering and production teams. * To carry out and record corrective maintenance on plant machinery and services quickly and efficiently, so as to cause the least amount of machinery downtime. * To carry out and record planned maintenance on plant machinery and services as scheduled by the Engineering Department. * Demonstrate a commitment to companies' Food Safety and Quality policies, procedures and work instructions to produce safe, legal and authentic products to a specified quality.
