Shift Engineering Supervisor

Overview In this role you will oversee a team of engineers on a London site, delivering planned preventative maintenance and reactive works. You'll ensure tasks meet service level agreements, uphold safety standards, and maintain strong relationships with the client to support contract KPIs.

The position offers a 4-on, 4-off days schedule and requires CTC clearance due to site security. You will contribute to site performance and career progression within a large facilities management organisation. Pay / Benefits Salary: 50,000 - 55,000 per annum 24 days holiday Pension Plan Career Progression Responsibilities Supervise and manage a team of engineers delivering PPM and reactive works Ensure tasks are completed on time and within SLAs Maintain high safety standards and regulatory compliance Develop relationships and maintain commercial awareness aligned with contract KPIs Key requirements Building services experience with knowledge across electrical infrastructure, HVAC and general maintenance Proven ability to manage and supervise engineering teams Flexible, proactive, able to manage own workload Full clean driving licence and ability to obtain CTC clearance Knowledge of health and safety regulations and commercial/contract management considerations leadership communication initiative building services electrical infrastructure HVAC
