We're looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established FMCG business in Corby. In this role, you'll be at the heart of operations, ensuring production runs smoothly by maintaining and repairing a range of equipment.

What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out both electrical and mechanical maintenance to keep machinery operating smoothly.
- Diagnosing and fixing faults in PLC systems, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Responding quickly to breakdowns to reduce downtime.
- Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to keep equipment in peak condition.
- Working as part of a team to continuously improve processes and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
·A qualification in electrical or multi-skilled engineering (BTEC, ONC, or similar).·Hands-on experience, ideally gained through a time-served apprenticeship or equivalent.·A proactive approach and a willingness to learn and develop.
