Shift Manager We're recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing, technology-led logistics business that is transforming how parcels move through the e-commerce delivery network. The company is looking for a hands-on Shift Manager to lead sortation operations at its London site.
You'll take ownership of a busy shift, manage a frontline operational team and ensure targets for safety, productivity, quality and service are consistently achieved.
What you'll be doing
Overseeing parcel-sortation operations throughout your shift Leading, motivating and coaching a team of site operatives Allocating people and resources according to operational demand Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training Maintaining and improving health and safety standards Monitoring performance data and addressing operational issues Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality Collaborating with site leadership and other internal teams
What we're looking for
