Job Description Building a sustainable tomorrow We are currently recruiting a Site Administrator to support our team on a major civil engineering project based in Inverness, Scotland. This is a key role within a high-profile energy infrastructure programme, delivering critical works to support Scotlands transition to net zero.
As Site Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and organisational support to the site team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of project activities. Your team The role will be initially based at Inverness office for 4-6 months.
The role will then be site based on the Bingally project near Cannich. Making Possible You will be responsible for the following: Reporting of KPI'sMeet and greet all employees who visit the siteUtilising and setting up the site clocking systemCompleting the site resource tracker each weekGeneral filing and office dutiesSoft copy file managementRecord KeepingAssisting managers with clerical dutiesOrdering office consumablesCorrespondence in and outGeneral office housekeepingManaging the meeting rooms and office hot desksAdministering the booking system for overnight accommodation.
What do you bring to the role? Strong interpersonal skillsAt least 2 years experience in a fast paced similar roleStrong IT experience preferably with Microsoft officeAbility to work in a large-scale, multi-site organisationAbility to use time productively, maximise efficiency, and strong time management skillsMust have excellent verbal and written communication skillsWhats in it for you?
