Site Engineer - Liverpool & StockportLocation: Liverpool & StockportJob Type: CIS or PermanentStart Date: Immediate Start AvailableWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join a growing contractor working across two exciting projects in the North West.

The client is open to considering candidates on either a CIS contract basis or as a permanent employee. Current ProjectsPhase 1 - Liverpool 14 million industrial warehouse development Groundworks package, Concrete slab, construction, Drainage installation, Steel frame structure.

This project will be delivered first, with the successful candidate initially based in Liverpool before moving on to the next phase of works. Phase 2 - StockportNew-build residential apartment schemeLow-rise apartment development, Groundworks and infrastructure works.

Setting out and quality control responsibilities upon completion of the Liverpool project, the successful candidate will transition onto the Stockport apartment development, providing long-term continuity of work. Key ResponsibilitiesSetting out for groundworks, drainage, foundations and structuresMaintaining accurate site records and survey informationQuality assurance and ensuring works are delivered to specificationLiaising with site management teams, subcontractors and clientsProducing as-built surveys and documentationSupporting the safe and efficient delivery of works on siteRequirementsPrevious experience working as a Site Engineer within construction or civil engineeringCompetent using Leica, Trimble or similar survey equipmentStrong understanding of groundworks and setting outCSCS Card requiredSSSTS or SMSTS beneficial but not essentialFull UK Driving Licence preferredWhat's on Offer?
