Site Manager – High-Rise Regeneration worksLocation: Coatbridge, ScotlandSalary: £48,000 – £52,000 + van (DOE)We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to support a high-rise regeneration project in Coatbridge.

This will be the first project with the majority of work around Central Scotland and is a permanent role. We would also consider candidates who can commit long-term on a freelance/Ltd basis. Candidate should come from a strong building background with main contractor/tier 1 experience.🔧 Project Scope:

• External recladding works
• External Wall Insulation (EWI)
• Window replacement🔨

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations on a live high-rise regeneration project
• Manage subcontractors and site teams to ensure programme delivery
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance
• Coordinate works across multiple trades
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams✅

Requirements

• Proven experience managing high-rise regeneration or façade projects
• Strong background working for Tier 1 or principal contractors
• Valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS Black Card (Site Manager)
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage fast-paced, technically demanding projects💼 Additional Info:
