Site Manager Location: Belfast Contract: Permanent Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience. Responsible for managing construction, refurbishment and fit-out projects, ensuring safe, efficient and timely delivery to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Manage daily site operations and subcontractors. Coordinate trades, suppliers and site activities. Monitor project progress, programmes and quality. Ensure health and safety compliance. Liaise with clients and project teams.
Attend site meetings and resolve operational issues. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Requirements Construction degree or HNC. Minimum 15 years' Site Management experience. Gold/Platinum CSR card or equivalent.
Strong construction and commercial knowledge. Excellent leadership and communication skills. IT proficient, particularly Word and Excel. Flexible to travel throughout the UK and Ireland.
Desirable
5+ years' main contracting experience.
