Site Manager

We are currently recruiting on behalf of an established Regional Main Contractor that is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of new build industrial projects across the Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work and a reputation for delivering high-quality projects.

The successful Site Manager will ideally have previous experience delivering new build industrial, warehouse or distribution projects and be confident managing projects from the groundworks stage through to completion and handover.

Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the day-to-day delivery of projects on siteCoordinating subcontractors and site teamsEnsuring works are delivered in line with programmeMaintaining high standards of health and safetyMonitoring quality throughout the construction processLiaising with clients, consultants and the wider project teamManaging site logistics and ensuring effective coordination of tradesIdentifying and resolving potential programme or delivery issuesSupporting successful project completion and handoverThe CandidateThe ideal candidate will have: Previous experience working as a Site Manager for a Main ContractorExperience delivering new build industrial, warehouse or distribution projectsStrong knowledge of construction processes and site managementExcellent subcontractor management skillsStrong communication and organisational abilitiesSMSTSCSCSFirst AidThe PackageA competitive salary and benefits package is available, dependent on experience, alongside the opportunity to join a Regional Main Contractor with a strong pipeline of work and long-term career prospects.
