Retail Fit-Out Site Manager (Nights) – GlasgowStart Date: JuneDuration: 9-Month ContractShift: Nights (10-hour shifts)Rate: £350–£380 per shift (DOE)We are currently seeking an experienced Retail Fit-Out Site Manager to oversee night shift operations on a fast-paced project in Glasgow.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and reliable professional with a strong background in retail refurbishments and fit-outs. Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate all on-site activities during night shiftsEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standardSupervise subcontractors and trades, ensuring productivity and qualityMaintain site health & safety in line with regulationsConduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefingsLiaise with clients, suppliers, and the wider project teamKeep accurate site records and reportsRequirements:Proven experience as a Site Manager on retail fit-out projectsValid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificationsStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage tight deadlines and work under pressureAvailability to commit to a 9-month night shift contractWhat’s on Offer:Competitive shift rate of £350–£380Long-term contract with a reputable project pipelineImmediate start in JuneIf you’re an experienced Site Manager looking for your next contract role on nights, we’d like to hear from you
