You will be responsible for day to day management of the site, reporting into the Project Manager/Package Manager Ideal Candidate will be: Previous experience as a Site Manager within the Civil Rail sector Track safety card required SMSTS Qualified CSCSProgressed from main contractor background HND or Degree Qualified or 5 years relevant experience Brief Roles and

Overseeing construction activities of construction contracts within the area of responsibility at each geographic location or system based area Producing Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Early warnings, securing permits and licences Develop relationships with the client, issue reports to the client Completing daily reports; keeping the Project Manager informed of contract and site progress.
Ensuring that drawings and specification documents contain sufficient ,accurate information for the construction of works Ordering of materials Strictly enforce general Health
