An established civil engineering and infrastructure contractor is looking for an experienced Site Manager/Site Agent to join their team in the West Midlands. Responsibilities for Site Manager/Site Agent: Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of projects across the Civils and Water sectors Lead a team of Sub Agents, Engineers, and Foremen to deliver work safely, without environmental incidents, and to the specified quality Produce and manage construction programmes, 2-week look-aheads, and procurement schedules Ensure production and implementation of Project Plans, RAMS, ITPs, and Waste Management Plans Maximise commercial performance, identify value engineering opportunities, and maintain commercial tension Produce accurate monthly reports internally and for the client, and chair weekly site meetings Represent the business in an ambassadorial capacity to customers, the public, and official bodies Ensure detailed site diaries and records are completed throughout Essential Requirements for Site Manager/Site Agent: Proven experience as a Site Agent/Manager within civil engineering, delivering projects in a highly regulated environment Working knowledge of CDM regulations, Design Management, Programme
