Job Description A well-established construction and refurbishment contractor specialising in social housing, kitchen & bathroom replacement programmes, and planned maintenance is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee multiple projects across Birmingham.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business delivering high-volume programmes at scale, with clear progression and strong support from senior leadership. What youll be doing as Site Manager: Reporting to the Operations Manager/Director, you will take full ownership of day-to-day site delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to programme.
Youll manage trades, subcontractors and junior site staff while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and residents.
