p Site Manager / Project Manager – Data Centre /p p strong Salary: /strong £60,000–£70,000 per annum /p p strong Location: /strong Castlewellan /p p strong Travel: /strong Some European travel /p p strong Sector: /strong Data Centres / Critical Infrastructure /p p br /p p We are seeking an experienced strong Electrical Site Manager / Project Manager /strong to lead the delivery of major data centre projects. /p p This is a key project delivery role with responsibility for strong site management, programme, resources, client relationships, commercial performance, quality, health safety and project handover /strong . /p p br /p p Key Responsibilities /p ul li Lead electrical project delivery from mobilisation through to completion. /li li Manage site teams, subcontractors, labour, materials and resources. /li li Develop and monitor programmes, milestones and project progress. /li li Coordinate electrical works with mechanical, BMS, controls and other trades. /li li Manage client, contractor, consultant and supplier relationships. /li li Monitor costs, variations, procurement and project budgets. /li li Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, RAMS, permits and LOTO procedures. /li li Oversee QA/QC, testing, commissioning, energisation and IST. /li li Manage snagging, documentation and final handover. /li li Maintain a strong safety and quality culture across the project. /li /ul p br /p p About You /p p You will ideally have: /p ul li Proven experience as an strong Electrical Site Manager, Site Manager or Project Manager /strong . /li li Strong electrical installation and construction experience. /li li Experience delivering complex projects, ideally in strong data centres, critical infrastructure or industrial environments /strong . /li li Experience managing teams, subcontractors and project stakeholders. /li li Good understanding of programmes, costs, variations and commercial management. /li li Strong knowledge of H S, RAMS, QA/QC and commissioning. /li li Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving skills. /li li Relevant electrical qualifications or demonstrable industry experience. /li /ul p br /p p strong SMSTS, ECS/CSCS, First Aid, IOSH/NEBOSH and data centre experience are advantageous. /strong /p p br /p p The Opportunity /p p Join a growing specialist electrical contractor working on strong major, mission-critical data centre projects /strong , with genuine responsibility for project delivery and opportunities for progression into senior project management or operations roles. /p p br /p p strong Salary: £60,000–£70,000 per annum /strong /p p strong Apply now to take the next step in your career. /strong /p
