Site SurveyorWe have a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join us on a major high profile project in Bedfordshire. What You'll Be DoingSupporting the commercial management of projects from inception to completionAssisting with procurement, subcontractor management and cost controlPreparing cost reports, forecasts and valuationsManaging variations, change control and commercial riskSupporting the preparation and agreement of final accountsWorking closely with delivery, design and supply chain teamsEnsuring commercial processes align with company standards and best practiceWhat We're Looking ForExperience in a Quantity Surveying role within construction or the built environmentGood understanding of commercial and contractual processesStrong numerical, analytical and reporting skillsAbility to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with stakeholdersA proactive, organised and detail‐focused approachExperience on medium to large construction projects is beneficialWhy Join Wates?
