Job Introduction We are currently recruiting for a Brand Specialist to join our Skoda Dealership in Worcester. You will work on a weekly rotating rota, working Monday to Friday one week and covering the weekend the following week, with one weekday provided as a day off.
Your working hours will be 8:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm on Saturdays, and 10:00am to 4:00pm on Sundays. Salaries include basic salary plus a monthly bonus, with an OTE of £33,000. As your career progresses within the company, there may be opportunities to qualify for the additional benefit of a company car.
The Brand Ambassador is a key customer-facing role within the dealership, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience from the moment a customer arrives. Working across Sales, Service and Used Cars departments, the successful candidate will act as an ambassador for the dealership and manufacturer, ensuring customers receive a warm, professional and knowledgeable welcome while supporting the wider team with daily sales and customer experience activities.
The Brand Ambassador will also play an important role in ensuring the dealership's vehicle displays, digital stock and customer handover experience are maintained to the highest possible standard. Role and Responsibilities Customer Experience however you will have a proven record of excellent customer service skills and ability to work with people.
You will hold a valid UK drivers licence. Whichever industry your experience was gained, ultimately you will hold the potential to forge a successful career in the industry.
