Job Description SME Administrator Warehouse & Office SupportLocation: FawleyPosition: Temp to PermHours: MondayThursday 07:3016:15 | Friday 07:3015:00Pay Rates: £13.49 per hour for candidates with forklift experience/licence£13.10 per hour for candidates without forklift experience who will be working in an administration only capacityWe are currently recruiting for an SME Administrator to join a busy warehouse operation.

This is a varied office and warehouse based role, providing administrative support in a warehouse enviroment. This is a temp to perm opportunity, offering the potential for a permanent position following a successful temporary period.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily enquiries via a shared mailboxProcess and manage daily orders through an online application systemMaintain and update MSDS and communicate any changesProduce open bin pick listsManage and investigate non-conformance issues, including stock discrepanciesUpdate spreadsheets and carry out warehouse and system checks to resolve receipt discrepanciesRaise PMI requestsCollate daily documents for scanning and uploading to SAPProvide general administrative and warehouse supportRespond to ad-hoc requests from managementFollow all site Health & Safety and personnel safety proceduresTake responsibility for your own safety and the safety of colleaguesThe ideal candidate will have: Previous administrative experience, preferably within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environmentGood organisational, analytical and communication skillsGood IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and OutlookPrevious SAP experience would be advantageous, although training can be providedExcellent attention to detail and accuracyThe ability to prioritise and manage your own workloadStrong problem solving skillsThe confidence to work independently while also being part of a teamA proactive approach and the ability to use initiativeForklift experience is highly desirable but not essentialWhat We Offer: Temp to perm opportunityMondayFriday working hoursNo weekend workFull training provided where requiredOpportunity to develop your administration, warehouse and logistics skillsPotential to secure a permanent position with an established logistics operationVaried role combining office administration and warehouse supportIf you are organised, IT confident and looking for a long term opportunity within a busy warehouse environment, apply today!
