The RoleManage day-to-day community engagement across multiple social channelsMonitor conversations and respond to audiences in line with brand guidelinesSupport the delivery of social and digital campaignsEscalate sensitive issues and reputational risks where requiredCollaborate with strategists, account teams and digital specialistsTrack engagement activity and contribute to campaign reportingStay on top of social media trends and platform best practicesAbout You1-3 years' experience in Community Management, Social Media or Digital MarketingStrong understanding of major social media platformsExcellent written communication skills and attention to detailComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environmentExperience within an agency, corporate or large-brand setting is advantageousA proactive and collaborative approach to workWhy Apply??
