The RoleYou will be responsible for carrying out timely assessments and interventions, including: Completing Child and Family Assessments Responding to referrals and undertaking initial visitsManaging duty responsibilities and safeguarding concernsConducting Section 47 enquiries where requiredRisk assessment and decision-makingMulti-agency partnership workingProgressing cases to the most appropriate service pathwayWorking closely with children, families, and partner agenciesThe service has clear processes in place and benefits from supportive management oversight, allowing practitioners to focus on effective frontline practice.
