Senior C++ / C# Software Engineer

• £65 - £70 per hour Umbrella
• 12-Month Contract
• Full-Time Onsite

We are currently recruiting for an experienced C++ / C# Software Engineer to join a highly technical engineering team developing software solutions that support complex engineering products throughout manufacturing, testing and operational delivery.

This role will focus on the design, development, integration and verification of software applications in a Windows environment. You will work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver robust, high-performance software solutions and support new customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop software applications using C++ and C#
• Develop system interfaces for capturing and analysing performance data
• Support software integration, verification and testing activities
• Develop robust multi-threaded and concurrent applications
• Analyse, debug and optimise software performance
• Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams
• Produce and maintain technical documentation
• Support software deployment and customer requirements

Essential Experience

• Strong commercial experience with C++ development
• Experience developing software in a Windows environment
• C# development experience
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
