The Role

Delivery management of multiple utility-scale Solar and BESS construction projects. Management all aspects of projects, including Construction, Health & Safety, and quality standards across sites. Manage grid agreement interfaces, general engineering activities, procuring and contract administration.

Proactively identify construction risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to protect programme and cost. Monitor and report deviations to scope, schedule, or budget, providing clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Undertake development and O&M works in order to gain all round knowledge of project life cycles. What you will bring: 3+ years experience within the renewable energy industry, within the delivery phases. Solar PV, Batter Storage (BESS) or Onshore wind projects experience(other industries with suitable transferrable skills will also be considered).

Experience in contract preparation, negotiation and administration. Strong knowledge of UK & Ireland Construction, CDM, Health & Safety, and environmental regulations. Understanding of Grid operators and connection processes.

Confident communicator with stakeholders and contractor management skills. Ability to manager several project tasks at once and able to plan and prioritise. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to site as required.
