Job Description An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer Solicitor, CILEX, CLC within the Property Department based at our client's busy Stratford upon Avon Office. Salary up to £55k doe plus benefits.
This is a full-time office based role. The successful candidate will carry out all aspects of residential conveyancing, along with managing and supporting a small team at one office to ensure that work is carried out in an expeditious manner, meeting the standards required by Lexcel and CQS.
You will also develop business opportunities within the Property Department, working closely with the Head of Department and other team members. Job Purpose Oversee and carry out all aspects of residential conveyancing including freehold and leasehold work, sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership, new plot purchases.
