Job Description This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor Advocate or Barrister to work within the department of a well known Claimant law firm. The position requires expertise in advocacy, with a focus on delivering top-quality representation and advice.

Description As a Solicitor Advocate/Barrister your duties will include: Provide expert advice and representation to clients across a range of Financial Mis-selling matters. Prepare and present cases in court as a Solicitor Advocate or Barrister.

Draft legal documents and review contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy. Collaborate with colleagues to strategise and manage cases effectively. Conduct legal research to support case preparation and decision-making.

Maintain accurate records of all proceedings and communications. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and professional service. Stay up to date with developments and changes in legislation relevant to the role.

Profile A successful Solicitor Advocate/Barrister should have: Qualified status as a Solicitor Advocate or Barrister in the UK. Proven expertise in advocacy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex cases.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues. The ability to manage a varied caseload and meet deadlines efficiently. A commitment to maintaining high professional and ethical standards.

Knowledge of legal software and tools to support case management. Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our client recognises that income can vary amongst barristers and is open to a discussion with all candidates on salary.
