This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive, progressive environment, focusing on complex and sensitive public law children matters, particularly care proceedings. The RoleYou'll be responsible for managing a varied and meaningful caseload of public law children matters, including: Care proceedings and Children Act mattersRepresenting parents, children and other parties throughout proceedingsAdvocacy at all stages of Family Court hearingsPreparing clear, persuasive legal documentation including statements, position statements and bundlesWorking closely with counsel, CAFCASS, local authorities and other professionalsEnsuring compliance with Legal Aid Agency requirements and regulatory standardsContributing to the development and growth of the teamThis is a rewarding role where you will make a real difference to vulnerable clients and help secure the best outcomes for children and families.
