This is an excellent opportunity to work with market-leading insurer clients on a varied and technically engaging caseload. The RoleYou will manage and assist on a range of defendant personal injury and liability matters, including:Employers', Public and Products Liability claimsFast track, intermediate and multi-track personal injury casesAdvising insurer clients on liability and coverage issuesSupporting investigations into health & safety matters, inquests and regulatory issuesAssisting with product liability claimsDeveloping and maintaining strong client relationshipsContributing to a collaborative and high-performing teamAs your experience develops, you will have increasing autonomy over your own files and opportunities to get involved in business development.
