The RoleThis is a great opportunity for a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a thriving, friendly department handling a broad mix of family and matrimonial work.

You'll be advising clients on matters including: Divorce and civil partnership dissolutionSeparation and cohabitation issuesFinancial settlementsChildren mattersGeneral family law adviceKey responsibilities include: Running and progressing your own day to day caseloadProviding clear and empathetic legal adviceKeeping up to date with legal developmentsBuilding relationships with clients, referrers and local networksSupporting the team with marketing and business development activityCandidate RequirementsQualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (or close to qualification)Experience in family law, ideally across a range of mattersExperience with legal aid is helpful but not essential.
