We are seeking a motivated Solicitor to join a growing Plot Sales team in Gloucestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with leading housebuilders, gain exposure to high-quality development work, and develop specialist expertise in a thriving sector.

What you'll be doing
Managing plot sale transactions from reservation through to completion. Supporting major housebuilder and developer clients on residential developments. Building strong relationships with clients, agents and internal stakeholders.
Drafting and reviewing legal documentation with accuracy and attention to detail. Contributing to a dynamic team environment focused on exceptional client service. The role will suit a qualified Solicitor (or approaching qualification) who is enthusiastic, commercially minded and eager to develop a specialist career in property law.
