Job Description Title: Solution Architect Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: Circa. £88K Industry: Legal Overview: We are looking for a Solution Architect to join a growing architecture function supporting a wide-ranging technology transformation programme.
Operating across a broad remit, you will work closely with senior business stakeholders, technical teams, product owners and delivery functions to design scalable, secure and commercially effective solutions. Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end technology solutions aligned to business goals and architecture principles.
Produce high-level solution designs and review low-level technical designs. Translate business requirements into practical technology solutions. Act as the bridge between senior stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
Contribute to architecture governance, standards, design patterns and best practices. Define integration approaches across enterprise applications, SaaS platforms and cloud services. Support large-scale transformation and modernisation programmes.
Evaluate technology options and provide recommendations for build vs buy decisions. Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, resilience and performance requirements. Mentor technical leads and support the development of architecture capability across the organisation.
Skills & Experience Strong experience in Solution Architecture within complex enterprise environments. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft technologies, cloud services and SaaS platforms. Experience delivering application, integration and cloud architecture solutions.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both C-suite executives and technical teams. Experience producing HLDs and reviewing technical designs. Strong understanding of APIs, integration patterns and enterprise application architecture.
Experience supporting cloud transformation, application modernisation and migration initiatives. Exposure to AI technologies, Microsoft AI services or enterprise AI programmes. Broad architectural mindset with the ability to contribute across solution, enterprise, data and business architecture domains.
Experience working within TOGAF-aligned or similar architecture frameworks. Excellent communication and influencing skills.
