Responsibilities
- Create and assure architecture artefacts (Key Design Decision, Technical Options Paper, High Level Design)
- Lead SME-like architecture vision and guardrails in collaboration with Engineering teams
- Support senior leaders with change case, cost estimation and detailed planning
- Apply agile practices and collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Engage on client-site or internal projects in a hybrid working model
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing and mentoring within the tech community
Key requirements
- Hands-on software engineering background with experience leading engineering teams
- Strong understanding and practical application of architecture and delivery methodologies
- Ability to operate across architectural domains with at least one specialty (Business, Data, Application, Technology, Security)
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Collaborative with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Certifications in methodologies and cloud technologies are advantageous
