Solution Architect

Overview

In this role you will design end-to-end solutions across enterprise applications and integrations for a large UK-wide infrastructure organisation undergoing a major technology transformation. You will translate business needs into high-level designs, work across Microsoft, Salesforce and Oracle platforms, and guide delivery with stakeholders and suppliers. You’ll contribute to governance and standards to elevate the architecture function. This is an opportunity to shape cross-platform solutions at scale with a focus on improving integrations and architecture maturity.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions across enterprise applications and systems integrations
• Translate business requirements into high-level designs and option evaluation
• Collaborate across Microsoft, Salesforce, Oracle and other enterprise platforms
• Guide solution delivery with stakeholders, developers and external suppliers
• Improve architecture governance, standards and processes across the function

Key requirements

• Strong Solution Architecture experience across enterprise applications and systems integration
• Experience designing solutions across multiple technologies
• Strong understanding of integration architecture, data flows and high-level solution design
• Experience working with Microsoft technologies; Salesforce or Oracle exposure advantageous
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, ideally in large, transformation-heavy organisations
