In this Senior Manager role, you shape and govern digital banking architectures for major banks and fintechs. You lead modern solution designs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior architects to scale Deloitte’s digital banking capabilities. You’ll drive technology strategies, governance, and client relationships while advancing the firm’s accelerator standards. Responsibilities

• Shape and architect transformational banking solutions for clients
• Create modern solution architectures and technical designs across the project lifecycle
• Act as technical lead, guiding discovery, design, build, testing, and go-live
• Provide design governance, quality assurance, and architecture reviews
• Contribute to the growth of the Solution Architecture practice and thought leadership
• Mentor and coach junior architects and technologists
• Build and maintain relationships with IT, Operations, Risk, and technology partners
• Support business development through pre-sales, propositions, and client presentations
• Define and implement Deloitte accelerators and standards across programs
• Participate in Deloitte-wide initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion

Key requirements

• Digital and Solution Architecture experience with modern digital solutions
• Cloud platforms, modern integration, and microservices experience
• Knowledge of platform, infrastructure, and data architecture (including security and networking)
• Delivery lifecycle experience (discovery to go-live)
• Ability to define architecture principles and patterns
• Desirable: banking domain knowledge and adaptable to banking products/processes
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Experience leading teams of architects/technologists and delivering across diverse projects
• Proficiency with waterfall and agile methodologies
• Hands-on technology development background (or software engineering)
• Exceptional communication and client management
