Solution Engineer

Overview

In this role you will be the technical and security expert across the sales cycle, translating product capabilities into customer solutions. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and support to ensure secure, scalable outcomes. You’ll engage with prospects and customers, including global travel, to shape technical narrative and drive trust in our offerings. Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical and security expert in pre-sales engagements with prospects, customers, and partners
• Lead discussions on product capabilities and deliver customer-aligned solutions
• Evaluate RFIs/RFPs and due diligence, producing technical documentation and business use cases
• Collaborate with product, engineering, R&D, DevOps, and support to resolve technical challenges
• Act as SME for API integrations and navigate complex IT landscapes
• Lead security sessions and complete security questionnaires to meet customer requirements
• Deliver clear technical presentations to demonstrate product value in sales engagements

• Strong technical acumen in enterprise software, SaaS, cloud technologies, and complex IT systems
