Solutions Architect - Belfast

Solution Architect 6-Month Contract | Belfast (Hybrid) | Inside IR35 Leading Technology Company We are currently supporting a leading technology company in the search for an experienced Solution Architect to join a major infrastructure and cloud transformation programme.

This role is ideal for a hands‐on architect with a strong background in designing complex infrastructure solutions across cloud, hosting and modern workplace environments. Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end infrastructure and cloud solutions for enterprise‐scale programmes.

Engage with business and technical stakeholders to define solution requirements. Produce high‐quality architecture documentation and technical designs. Support solution development from concept through to delivery. Ensure solutions are secure, scalable and aligned to best practice.

Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Solution Architect designing complex infrastructure solutions. Strong expertise across: Microsoft Azure Microsoft 365 VMware/vSAN Cloud‐native platforms Hybrid hosting environments Infrastructure modernisation initiatives Experience working on large‐scale enterprise transformation programmes.

Desirable Skills Cyber security technologies and frameworks, including: Zero Trust Microsoft Sentinel / SOAR Microsoft Defender Vulnerability Assessment Privileged Access Management (PAM) Attack Surface Management IT/OT Security Integration Awareness of SQL and Oracle database environments. Experience with ODA and KVM hypervisors
