Solutions Engineer

Overview

In this role you will guide strategic customers through DevOps and DevSecOps journeys using the JFrog Platform, collaborating with Sales, Product and Engineering to demonstrate value and drive technical wins. You’ll influence product direction based on customer needs and stay ahead of industry trends. You will showcase our technology at events and help scale customer success in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to ensure success in their DevOps/DevSecOps journey leveraging the JFrog Platform
• Support technical selling motions and contribute to the path to technical win and customer championing
• Showcase JFrog’s technology and successes at events and conferences
• Influence features and roadmap by feeding customer needs back to product
• Stay current with latest DevOps/DevSecOps trends and technologies

Key requirements

• 1+ years in Technical Sales or Sales Engineering
• Proven ability to build relationships with customer champions and senior stakeholders
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, git integrations and build tools
• Hands-on with AppSec tools (SCA/SAST/SBOM/Container Security)
• Ability to build software pipelines with various DevOps tools
• Hands-on with AWS, Azure and GCP – mandatory
• Hands-on understanding of agentic development workflows, LLMs, MCPs, prompts – mandatory
• Previous software development experience is an advantage
