Ongoing Temporary Assignment We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef to join a busy school catering team in Eastbourne on an ongoing temporary basis.

Supporting the Head Chef in the preparation and service of nutritious, high-quality meals Assisting with menu preparation and daily food production Ensuring food hygiene and health
