Youll also supervise and support the kitchen team, assist with ordering and stock control, help manage food costs and deputise for the Head Chef when required. About You Experienced Sous Chef or senior Chef Contract catering/high-volume experience preferred Strong fresh food and scratch-cooking skills Experience leading or supporting a kitchen team Good understanding of stock control and food costs Organised, hands-on and able to lead by example Own transport essential Ready for your next move?
