A strong team player who thrives in a small, close-knit brigade. This is a fully hands-on role involving mise en place, service, clean down and confidently running the pass when required. A solid culinary background, ideally trained within produce-led, quality-focused kitchens. A stable and consistent employment history is essential for all applicants.
