We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to uphold our culinary excellence and inspire our kitchen team. Responsibilities Manage the kitchen brigade to ensure smooth, safe and efficient operations. Develop and execute creative menus that reflect the high standards of our five restaurants and other outlets.

Maintain exceptional food quality across all service points served by Fletcher's Kitchen. Gather and communicate guest and team feedback to the Head Chef, driving continuous improvement. Assist on specific sections and perform additional duties as required.

Train, mentor and delegate tasks to junior kitchen staff, fostering their development. Oversee daily ordering, stock usage, menu planning and business levels to optimise resources. Uphold the cleanliness, organisation, stock control and overall standards of the kitchen.

Skills & Experience A genuine passion for food and a willingness to learn. Excellent kitchen and knife skills with a strong attention to detail. Comprehensive understanding of health, safety and food safety regulations. Ability to work to the exacting standards demanded by a luxury establishment.

Innovation, creativity and a proactive approach to menu development. Comfort working under pressure in a fast paced kitchen environment. Proven experience supervising, guiding and developing kitchen teams.
