Job Description Specification Coordinator (Construction) £30,000 - £35,000 + Mon-Fri + 33 Days Holiday + Medicash + Progression + Training Loughborough Are you a Specification Coordinator from the Construction industry looking for a stable role within a well-established company that will look after you, offering a vibrant working environment, where you can progress into senior technical positions?

This role will involve technical admin support for the business. You will prepare technical documentation such as specifications, data sheets, calculations, performance assessments and ensure all databases and registers are up to date Founded in the 80's, this manufacturer pride themselves on delivering excellent quality construction products across the UK, with dynamic growth plans to become a leader in their sector.

They are rapidly growing and have developed a fantastic reputation over the years. This role would suit a Specification Coordinator within an understanding of the Construction industry, looking to join a stable and highly reputable business that can offer a wide variety of interesting work and a lively, positive office environment.

The Role

Prepare technical documentation such as specifications and data sheets Issue calculations and performance assessments Ensure registers and databases are up to date Liaise with internal teams to resolve queries Monday to Thursday, 8:30am-5pm and Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. 37 hours per week
