Specification Manager

Specification Manager – North London / Home Counties Looking for a role where you can influence projects from concept to completion? We're recruiting a Project Specification Manager to work at the heart of the construction and built-environment sector.

In this role, you'll partner with architects, designers, contractors, and public-sector stakeholders to secure product specifications that turn into real commercial success. You'll manage projects through the design and delivery stages, promote sustainability-led solutions, and play a key role in growing specification-driven revenue.

Package Base salary up to £60,000 What you'll be doing Building strong relationships with specifiers and influencers Securing and converting product specifications into value Promoting sustainability, product, and service advantages Managing opportunities and accounts through a CRM system Delivering CPDs and technical presentations Collaborating with internal teams to deliver shared goals What do I need?
