• Field based position, targeting the residential and commercial sectors.
• Production, submission and tracking of project specific technical specifications.
• Build relationships with Main Contractors within the construction industry sector.
• Provide technical expertise to interested parties, within targeted projects.
• Confidence to focus on building and safeguarding specifications.
• Identify new market opportunities and feedback intelligence to the business.
• Update CRM daily with project tracking information and customer information.
• Ensure formulation and delivery of CPD presentations. About You
• Strong proven technical specification sales experience within the Construction Materials supply sector
• Strong proven background within specfication sales within the construction sector
• Confidence of passive fire protections systems would be a distinct advantage.
• IT competence with CAD skills would be desirable.
• Experience of delivering CPD's would be a distinct advantage
