Overview

In this Spring Vacation Scheme, you gain a realistic view of life at a global law firm by joining live work and client meetings. You will rotate across two seats over three weeks with supervision and a buddy, while also engaging in pro bono work and training sessions that build key solicitor skills. A client pitch exercise and networking opportunities with partners and trainees help you understand the firm’s strategy and culture. This role offers exposure to cross-border practice, a chance to network with senior fee-earners, and an inclusive, diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in live work and client meetings
• Rotate between two seats with supervision and a buddy
• Engage in pro bono project work
• Attend training sessions to develop solicitor skills
• Take part in a client pitch exercise and related teamwork
• Network with Partners, Associates and Trainee Solicitors
• Learn about the firms strategy through management committee interactions
