The role will involve:Advising on wills, trusts and lasting powers of attorney (LPAs)Supporting clients with estate and inheritance tax planningDelivering probate and estate administration servicesGuiding family and owner-managed businesses through succession planningBuilding trusted relationships with clients and professional advisorsThis opportunity would suit a commercially minded Private Client lawyer who enjoys developing strong client relationships and contributing to the growth of a thriving practice.
