Software Engineer to join the Threat Response product engineering team. As part of the Threat Response team, you will help design, build, and operate the cloud platform that powers our services. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys software development while also taking ownership of cloud architecture, infrastructure scalability, reliability, security, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has strong software engineering experience combined with practical expertise in cloud platforms and large-scale production environments. What You'll Work OnDesigning and operating scalable cloud platforms that support a global multi-tenant SaaS environmentBuilding highly available and resilient architectures that support business continuity and disaster recovery objectivesDesigning secure networking solutions across AWS environments, regions, and accountsManaging containerized application platforms and deployment pipelinesDriving operational excellence through observability, monitoring, automation, and reliability engineering practicesSupporting database operations, upgrades, migrations, and platform scalability initiatives.

What You Bring to the TeamProven experience building enterprise or SaaS applications in Java and/or Python, including large-scale, highly available, secure cloud-native platformsHands-on AWS networking and security experience, including VPCs, CIDR planning, Security Groups, cross-account IAM, secure connectivity between environments, disaster recovery, and regional failoverWorking knowledge of Terraform, including writing and maintaining modules, managing state, and safely executing plan/apply operations in shared environmentsExperience operating Kubernetes-based platforms and modern CI/CD pipelines in production environmentsPostgreSQL or other relational database experience, including upgrades, migrations, performance tuning, backup, recovery, and scalabilityDemonstrated ability to effectively leverage AI-assisted engineering tools for system design, implementation, testing, debugging, and operational supportStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skillsBSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experiencePreferred QualificationsExperience with AWS services such as EKS, RDS, MSK, Route 53, ELB, CloudWatch, SQS, and SNSExperience with CI/CD platforms such as CloudBees and/or Harness, and observability platforms such as CoralogixExperience with compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, SOC 2, or ISO 27001.
