Hours: Full-time Shifts: Days / Nights / Mixed Shifts Contract: Permanent The Role We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join an established care team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their clinical, physical and emotional needs are met while promoting dignity, independence and choice.

This would suit an RGN who enjoys working within a person-centred care environment and is looking to join a supportive and well-established service. Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, effective and person-centred nursing care.

Assess residents' needs and develop, implement and review individual care plans. Administer medication safely and in accordance with relevant policies and NMC standards. Monitor residents' health and respond appropriately to changes in their condition.

Undertake clinical observations and nursing procedures as required. Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records. Support residents with complex and long-term health conditions. Liaise with GPs, community nurses, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals.

Communicate effectively with residents and their families. Provide guidance and clinical support to Care Assistants and other members of the care team. Participate in handovers and ensure important clinical information is communicated effectively.

Follow safeguarding procedures and report concerns appropriately. Maintain infection prevention and control standards. Support audits, medication reviews and other clinical governance requirements. Promote residents' dignity, independence, wellbeing and quality of life.

Work in accordance with NMC standards, organisational policies and relevant regulatory requirements. Essential Requirements Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification. Current and valid NMC registration . Right to work in the UK.
