The breadth and depth of our capabilities are delivered to clients in strategic sectors such as Engineering Services Nuclear and Capital. AtkinsRéalis is looking for a Stakeholder Engagement Specialist to support its growing business.

Reporting to the Stakeholder Engagement Lead the role will support structured engagement across multiple projects and with diverse stakeholders including regulators airport operators airlines service providers construction contractors and government agencies.

The successful candidate will work alongside stakeholder engagement professionals supporting engagement planning stakeholder communications and risk mitigation across transformation programmes business and supply chain change initiatives and infrastructure developments.

Your role Assist with analysing stakeholder environments. Support stakeholder engagement strategy development. Assist with maintaining stakeholder maps logs and risk registers. Support the coordination of workshops forums and engagement meetings.

Assist stakeholder professionals with project activities. Support the preparation of briefings presentations and engagement reports. About you Essential Interest in stakeholder engagement communications or public affairs.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks. Proactive organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn from experienced professionals and develop expertise in stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Communications Change Management Public Affairs Business Engineering or Aviation). Experience in aviation infrastructure or business change projects is beneficial but not essential.
