Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as a Steel Erector with a strong track record of working on large-scale projects. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Competence in welding and bolting steel components. Comfortable working at heights and following strict safety protocols. Strong problem-solving skills and the
