Overview

In this role you will own electrical design projects within a multidisciplinary MEP consultancy, from concept to delivery, within the London team and its expanding UK footprint. You work closely with mechanical, BIM and lighting disciplines to streamline design release and minimize gating by sign-off layers. You will drive end-to-end project delivery with autonomy as new offices bed in, presenting a clear path to progression for proven performers. This is a chance to shape how we scale successful London projects across new locations.

Pay / Benefits

• salary £58,000–£75,000

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end electrical design projects in London
• Coordinate with mechanical, BIM and lighting disciplines to ensure seamless design release
• Maintain and apply in-house standards across projects
• Contribute to the expansion of the UK footprint (Belfast and Edinburgh)
• Provide ownership of workload and reduce reliance on intermediate sign-off
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project delivery and criteria
• Support development of processes that enable independent project running

Key requirements

• Experience leading end-to-end electrical design projects in an MEP context
• Proven ability to run projects with minimal external sign-off
• Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of in-house BIM processes and coordination
• Client-facing communication and stakeholder management
