Job Description TSA Surveying are looking for 4 experienced Stock Condition Surveyors and EPC Assessor to conduct surveys for a large HA in London. Surveyors Required:1 x East London1 x West London2 x North West LondonStart date: 5th October 2026Working hours: 3pm9pmMinimum 4 days per week requiredDuration: Approximately 48 monthsVery Good RatesOutside IR35Tablet, Trainig and ID Badges/Calling Cards ProvidedYou will be carrying out: Stock Condition, HHSRS, Decent Homes Standard (DHS) and EPC AssessmentsDoor knocking to arrange access where required and also attending pre-booked appointmentsWe also have a property list available, which I can forward to interested surveyors via email.
