Stock Condition Surveyor

TSA Surveying are looking for 2 experienced Stock Condition Surveyors to work on a major housing survey programme for a great client across Sloughand High Wycombe. The role will involve carrying out Stock Condition, HHSRS and Decent Homes Standard (DHS) surveys, with work available for approximately 46 months.

• Start date: 5th October 2026
• Location:Slough& High Wycombe
• Duration: 46 months
• IR35: Outside IR35
• Payment: Paid per completed survey (Weekly)
• Stock Condition, HHSRS and Decent Homes Standard (DHS) Surveys
• Must have good knowledge of Stock Condition, xsngvjr HHSRS and DHS
• Must be able to work independently and complete surveys accurately
• Own transport required
